21 Day Fix – Detailed Schedule

I started doing a second round of 21 Day Fix last week and thought I’d share my detailed schedule with you. I basically just noted down all the exercises and tried to fit it all onto an A4 sheet so you can keep track of how many of each exercise you are doing and you can track improvement over time.
